Product Description
Piston pullback → hydraulic oil pressure drops → diaphragm bends inward → intake valve opens (outlet valve closes) → gas enters the chamber.
Key parameters: The suction pressure is usually between atmospheric pressure and 1.5 MPa, and the deformation of the diaphragm is ≤ 3mm.
Compression stage
Piston propulsion → hydraulic oil pressure increases (up to 35MPa) → diaphragm expands outward → intake valve closes → gas is compressed.
Compression ratio: single-stage can reach 1:8 (hydrogen compression requires multi-stage series connection).
Exhaust stage
Gas pressure exceeds the set value of the outlet valve → exhaust valve opens → high-pressure gas output.
